摘要: A system for monitoring the speed and location of a vehicle over given area by using global positioning comparing position fix against computerized map containing predetermined limits territory times days week. If limit is exceeded information stored along with time when it took place. The can be optionally transmitted to remote further processing. Also, alarm circuits are provided inside selectively alert occupants that has been exceeded.
