摘要: Abstract Reassessing the remaining fatigue life of wind turbine support structures becomes more and crucial for operation, maintenance, extension when they are reaching end their design service life. By using measured oceanographic strain data, each year, can be updated to adapt operation real loading conditions. Previous works have not put attention address complexity offshore combinations as-constructed state structure in estimating structural responses behaviour stochastically predict The present paper links data damage by strain, uses Bayesian approach update joint distribution data. Consequently, failure probability so predicted year-to-year variation 10-min mean speed, unrepresentativeness measurement uncertainty, corrosion considered together with uncertainties Miner′s rule S–N curves. research shows that used adjust eventually give decision operation.
