摘要: Background: Ketamine, an injectable anesthetic in human and animal medicine, is also a recreational drug used by young adults. The aim of this study to evaluate the effects ketamine on membrane integrity, DNA fragmentation sperm parameters humans. Materials Methods: This prospective was conducted 40 males with normal semen samples over one month (August 2012). Subjects were randomly allocated four groups (Control case I, II III) whose adjusted different concentrations (1, 3, 5 µL) for hour. Sperm analysis performed routine parameters, motility morphology. Evaluation integrity done eosin-Y staining chromatin dispersion (SCD) test, respectively. results analyzed ANOVA Tukey’s tests. P≤0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: Total all significantly lower compared control group. In group III, progressive showed significant difference II. After addition ketamine, had evidence coiled tails however observation not rate necrospermia increased groups. However, only affected III. SCD that nucleoids medium halos (63.44 ± 1.2) I (15.44 0.45), (9.05±1.16) III (10.55 1.14), Between groups, large differences I. Nucleoids between
