摘要: A self-diagnostic thermocouple (10) having a first (12), second (14) and reference (16) thermoelement enclosed in sheath (20) filled with an insulator (18) separating the thermoelectric elements from each other sheath. The three thermoelements (12, 14, 16) are joined at common location to form separate junctions (22) distinct electrical outputs as function of temperature. is made pure metal or alloy which has stable characteristics. Deterioration output capable being detected by programmed microprocessor (100).
