摘要: Alkaloids are one of the most diverse groups secondary metabolites found in living organisms. The economically important alkaloids bisindole vinblastine, and vincristine. Unraveling complexity genetic, catalytic transport processes monoterpene indole biosynthesis is stimulating intellectual challenges plant metabolism field. More than 50 metabolic steps required to synthesize Catharanthus roseus. Until now about only 20 enzymes for their have been determined characterized. Hence, there still a number that need be characterized, beginning with isolation cloning genes. It also fundamental importance elucidate regulatory aspects biosynthesis, both at cellular molecular level, order address question function plants producing them. In this review, we present an analysis state art related alkaloids.
