摘要: Hydrogels are widely studied materials for the preparation of sustained release drug dosage forms. Their soft, tissue-like consistency and their high biocompatibility in a number applications make them promising candidates this purpose. The water polymer gel form intricate structures much research has been devoted to elucidation these structures, interactions involved formation. Simple, drug-loaded hydrogels normally give matrix-type delivery profile, which rate is proportional square root time; approaches used change profile other types delivery, instance zero-order release. A ofin vivo tests using hydrogel systems given favourable results.
