摘要: A new alkaloid, adlumiceine methyl ester (1), together with two known alkaloids, parfumine (2) and N-methylhydrastine (3), was isolated from aerial parts of Fumaria vaillantii. The structures compounds were determined by 1D/2D NMR MS data. All three tested for cytotoxic activity against PC3 MCF7 cell lines using Alamar blue assay. showed no significant (IC50>50 μM) lines.
