A triple-layer steganography scheme for low bit-rate speech streams

摘要: With the wide application of low bit-rate codecs in speech communication systems, streams have become new cover media great potential for steganography. In this paper, through analyzing pitch period prediction process G.729 codec, parameter second subframe is found suitable performing embedding. Then a novel triple-layer steganography method proposed streams. method, modification directions (adding or subtracting one) are selected adaptively order to achieve high embedding efficiency. Based on "Hamming?+?1" scheme, we use matrix encoding twice increase hiding capacity. Experimental results show that while keeping good perceived quality synthetic speech, has real-time performance and satisfactory security.
