摘要: A new and simple analytical methodology for the simultaneous analysis of acidic zwitterionic (fluoro)quinolones in surface waters at trace concentration level is presented. The method based on preconcentration these analytes by a solid-phase extraction procedure their subsequent quantification liquid chromatography using ultraviolet detection. breakthrough volumes selected four different sorbents--C18, styrenedivinylbenzene (SDB), C18-cation-exchange SDB-cation-exchange--have been evaluated varied between 25 150 ml depending antibiotic sorbent used. An exhaustive study influence sample pH step has carried out order to find suitable FQs one single step. Under optimum conditions, it was possible percolate up 250 water solution onto both C18 SDB-cation-exchange cartridges with quantitative recoveries all tested. However, matrix components samples analysed negatively affected cartridge thus, were finally lake river water. limits detection achieved this 8 20 ng l(-1) proving its suitability determination realistic environmental level.
