摘要: MicroRNAs (miRs) transferred by exosomes can function as non-invasive potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis in various types of cancer. The present study examined diagnostic prognostic value serum exosomal-(exo-)miR-210 levels association with hypoxic conditions patients glioma. Serum exo-miR-210 were determined quantitative PCR samples obtained from Patients divided into low-and high-expression groups according to median expression value. Statistical analyses conducted examine predicting A significant increase was observed glioma compared healthy controls. Additionally, increased ascending pathological grades. Furthermore, miR-210 glioblastoma markedly decreased following surgery upregulated once more at recurrences primary tumors, indicating that could reflect alterations malignant loads. In addition, Kaplan-Meier analysis performed analyze overall survival (OS) time. high exhibited a poorer OS low expression. Importantly, univariate multivariate Cox regression revealed independently associated OS. Finally, positively hypoxia-inducible factor 1a reflected hypoxia conclusion, may serve diagnostic, biomarker status signatures.
