摘要: Faster time-to-market for new products is important hi-tech corporations to gain premium pricing and higher sales volume. An activity overlapping strategy a frequently used technique in practice quicker product launch. However, complex interaction patterns between components activities increase the chance of unanticipated iterations that may lead late time-to-market. This paper presents an process model analyze impact structure on lead-time development project. Information evolution change sensitivity, which are two major factors overlapping, considered proposed simulation algorithm developed impacts lead-time. The example battle tank simulator project illustrate approach. computational experiment shows approach allows managers design better minimize risk being late-to-market.
