摘要: This review summarizes recent changes in the treatment of adults with community-acquired bacterial meningitis. It explains initial assessment and management, use adjunctive corticosteroids, intensive care monitoring. The authors detail approach to complications such as transtentorial herniation, hydrocephalus, focal seizures.
