摘要: Regardless of its location, our electronic equipment does not always escape the threats electromagnetic interference (EMI). Unrestrained radio and microwave radiation from communication devices, broadcasting stations, power lines other electric constantly bombards us precise circuitry equipment. Although effects on human beings have yet been directly demonstrated, gadgets are that fortunate. A plethora research work has already published in search for a perfect shielding material. Studies last decade reveal dielectric ceramics, magnetic oxides/ferrites/particles, semiconductors, metal particles/foams, intrinsically conducting polymers, carbon black/fibers/nanotubes derivatives such as graphene etc. widely researched. The particles either embedded wax medium or thermoplastic matrix to design an effective shield. To this end, polymer-based nanocomposites much discussed owing their technology-matching properties, light weight, ease fabrication adaption, lack corrosion, flexibility. However, high dosage nanofillers needed meet requirements shield mars utility many respects. bi-phasic polymer blends researched different perspectives, utilizing them template is currently drawing enormous interest compared with single-polymer-based nanocomposites. This review highlights stepwise advancement towards EMI applications. We manner endeavor provide necessary overview point out direction which future will keep thriving new class material emerges
