摘要: Purpose of review Events occurring in acute HIV-1 infection are now recognized to be critical determinants the subsequent disease course. Innate responses constitute first line defence against pathogens, and also play a key role triggering early adaptive response; as such, innate activated their contribution control viral replication or pathogenesis focus much current research. We review recent advances this area.
