摘要: Bisphenols (BPs) are a group of chemicals with two hydroxyphenyl functionalities. BPs analogues including bisphenol A (BPA), B (BPB), F (BPF), S (BPS), AF (BPAF), AP (BPAP), tetrabromobisphenol (TBBPA) and tetrachlorobisphenol (TCBPA) widely used in the production plastic materials. There has been growing concern worldwide about environmental exposure due to their potential adverse effects on human health. Deposition β-cell toxic misfolded islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP), hormone biosynthesized secreted by pancreatic β-cells, is cardinal finding type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Epidemiological studies suggest BPA positively associated incidence T2DM, which may be exacerbated aggregation hIAPP induced as we previously reported. Here, demonstrate that showed different formation. Unlike accelerating BPA, four (BPAF, BPAP, TBBPA TCBPA) inhibitory decreased membrane disruption capacity hIAPP. Our results also explained possible relationship between spatial structure capacities analogues.
