摘要: Abstract An analytical method based on aqueous ultrasonic extraction and packed capillary liquid chromatography–electrospray mass spectrometry (LC–ESI–MS) analysis was developed compared to an existing gas chromatography(GC)–MS for the determination of sarin, soman their hydrolysis products in contaminated soil. Three soils, a red clay, tan sandy clay brown loam, were spiked with sarin initial products, isopropyl methylphosphonic acid pinacolyl acid, at 10 μg/g level assess recovery efficiency. Recovery from soil extracts comparable method, significant improvement being demonstrated chemical warfare agent products. Sarin recovered 20–90% range three types extraction, while these agents extracted recoveries excess 80%. The appears be attractive alternative GC–MS since containing may analysed directly, eliminating need additional sample handling derivatization steps.
