摘要: Previous research on romantic secrecy found that hiding one’s relationship from others predicted lower levels of quality. The present built this work by exploring the potential consequences concealment partners’ commitment level and personal health. Study 1 greater was associated with reduced to relationship, self-esteem, more reported health symptoms. 2 tested a theoretical model effects using structural equation modeling.
