摘要: Background:In patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), myocardial ischemia and fibrosis as well ventricular tachyarrhythmia are frequently observed. An increase of heterogeneity repolarization provided the development tachyarrhythmia. The aims present study to evaluate influence exercise-induced perfusion abnormalities on QT dispersion assess whether was involved in tachycardia (VT) HCM. Methods:Thirty-eight HCM 20 control subjects underwent an exercise stress test, intervals were measured pre-exercise at 3 minutes after peak exercise. All thallium (TI)-201 imaging, their TI-201 defect score exerciseinduced evaluated. Results:Twelve (31%) revealed sustained or nonsustained VT. QTc (QTcD) significantly correlated Tl-201 (r = 0.61, P < 0.0001). QTcD greater than without (96 ± 36, 72 24 ms1/2, 0.03). VT (111 23, 64 17 0.0001). Conclusion:It is suggested that degree influences QTcD, precipitates HCM. increased may play a role identifying potentially higher risk. A.N.E. 2000;5(1):60–67
