摘要: A mass gathering or special event (MGSE) is defined as a planned and organized activity of more than 1000 persons. Nurses are frequently called upon to help provide health care at MGSEs, such celebrations, sporting events, summer athletic programs, concerts. MGSEs can present challenges if large number children adolescents attend become ill injured. Unfortunately, always have the potential deteriorate into casualty (MCE) terrorist incident. Health providers who plan for pediatric gatherings improve disaster preparedness enhance working relationships among adult emergency poison control professionals. The purpose this article describe important factors that affect MGSE.
