摘要: Stress coping mechanisms are critical to minimize or overcome damage caused by ever changing environmental conditions. They designed promote cell survival. The unfolded protein response (UPR) pathway is mobilized in the accumulation of proteins, ultimately order regain endoplasmic reticulum (ER) homeostasis. Various elements responses ER stress including Perk, Ask1, Bip, Chop, Gadd34, Ire1, Atf4, Atf6, and Xbp1 have been identified were found be inducible oocytes preimplantation embryos, suggesting that, as a normal part cellular adaptive mechanism, these responses, UPR, play pivotal role development embryos. As such, UPR-associated molecules pathways may become useful markers for potential diagnosis conditions After implantation, stress-induced physiologically important decidual response, placentation, early organogenesis. Attenuation tauroursodeoxycholate salubrinal was effective prevention death cultured Further elucidation new relevant periimplantation embryos might contribute comprehensive understanding regulation embryonic potentiation vitro.
