摘要: Epinephrine is the only medication recommended by International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation for use in newborn resuscitation. Strong evidence from large clinical trials lacking owing to infrequent of epinephrine during neonatal Current recommendations are weak as they extrapolated animal models or pediatric and adult studies that do not adequately depict transitioning circulation fluid-filled lungs delivery room. Many gaps knowledge including optimal dosing, best route timing administration warrant further studies. Experiments a well-established ovine model perinatal asphyxial cardiac arrest closely mimicking infant provide important information can guide future trials.
