摘要: Our trial to produce human monoclonal antibodies with human-mouse hybridomas is described. Human spleen cells, in comparison peripheral blood lymphocytes, bone marrow cells and lymphnode seem be the best partner fuse myeloma line NS-1 obtain hybridomas.
