Mastique laminate veneers: results after 4 and 10 years of service.

摘要: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate clinical quality over 4 years and longevity 10 77 Mastique laminate veneers (DeTrey, Dentsply). were bonded incisors canines with a light-cured composite resin, using acid-etch technique, examined every 1/2 year in accordance USPHS criteria. Anatomic form marginal adaptation rated excellent more than 50% throughout study. Moderate surface wear seen most after service. Marginal discoloration color match recorded as not acceptable 20% at 4-year control. No significant difference found gingival index between veneer control teeth. cumulative retention rate 40% 10-year recall. Owing high frequency spontaneous loss, cannot be recommended permanent restorations.
