摘要: Abstract The ac impedance properties of silver in 1 mol kg−1 KOH were studied under potentiostatic conditions over the temperature range 295–478 K. Measurements obtained frequency 0.5 Hz–5 kHz, and analyzed terms equivalent circuits. It was shown that provision for surface roughness is required a satisfactory explanation data. Values double layer capacity concentration AgO− ions at electrode could generally then be obtained. At potentials corresponding to formation Ag2O, it demonstrated both diffusion solution oxide film are operative. elevated temperatures, rate growth Ag2O centres controlled partly by party reaction step growing interfaces centers. subsequent Ag2O2, all temperatures studied, interpreted on basis an electrocrystallisation impedance.
