摘要: Context Esophageal cancer is a neoplasm with poor prognosis. Its two histologic subtypes, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and adenocarcinoma (EAC), have been associated different risk factors. The possibility of an association between the consumption hot food beverages cancer, especially ESCC, has long suspected, presenting potentially modifiable factor.
