Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of Bi4Ti3O12 powders

摘要: The Bi4Ti3O12 powders were synthesized by a hydrothermal route. influence of conditions on crystal structures and morphologies particles was studied. as-prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy ultraviolet visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy. These results revealed that the prepared thus possessed plate-like shape, typical bismuth layered perovskite structure, wide UV-vis absorption peak. Additionally, formation mechanism nanoplates also discussed.
