摘要: Summary. We injected P32 into Cisterna magna of rabbits. The speed with which this enters the brain has been determined. It was found that radioactivity increases gradually in different parts approximately same rapidity. maximum reached after 35 minutes. The turnover radioactive orthophosphate to organic bound phosphate measured. The theories for protective barriers have discussed. The data supports view there are two ways supplying P32. Some minor mainly hypophysis, pineal body, plexus chorioidei and vegetative centers hypothalamus supported by blood. nervous tissue on other hand seems exchange via cerebrospinal fluid.
