摘要: Low back pain and neuralgia due to spinal pathology are very common symptoms debilitating numerous patients with peak prevalence at ages between 45 60 years. Intervertebral discs facet joints act as sources in the vast majority of cases. Diagnosis is based on combination clinical examination imaging studies. Therapeutic armamentarium for low intervertebral and/or includes conservative therapy, injections, percutaneous therapeutic techniques surgical options. Percutaneous, imaging-guided, minimally invasive treatments which can be performed outpatient procedures. In cases joint syndrome, they include, apart from neurolysis radiofrequency/cryoablation, MR-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound fixation techniques. case discogenic pain, infiltrations, classified two main categories: decompression (mechanical, thermal, chemical) biomaterials implantation/disc cell therapies. Strict sterility measures a prerequisite should include extensive local antibiotic prophylaxis. This article will report findings each type association treatment decision. addition, we describe detail all possible neuralgia, recently published results these summarizing data concerning safety effectiveness well level evidence. Finally, try provide rational approach therapy by means imaging-guided
