摘要: Abstract The Water Framework Directive (WFD) is the most important EU directive in water field over past decades. WFD requires “good status” for all European waters by 2015, to be achieved through a system of participatory river basin management planning and supported several assessments extensive monitoring. A lot research required implement WFD. This should inter- or multidisciplinary, pragmatic.
