摘要: In order to assess the significance of drug/substance levels measured in intensive care medicine and clinical forensic toxicology as well for therapeutic drug monitoring, it is essential that a comprehensive collection data readily available. We revisited expanded our 2012 compilation toxic plasma concentration ranges half-lives now more than 1100 drugs other xenobiotics. Data have been abstracted from original papers, text books, previous compilations completed with collected own laboratories. compiled presented table corresponding annotations over past 30+ years. A was completely double-checked, revised, updated, if necessary. addition, 200 substances, especially who introduced since market illegal xenobiotics which became known cause intoxications were added. carefully referenced all data. Moreover, providing details updated when For xenobiotics, (“normal”) and, available, toxic, comatose-fatal plasma/blood concentrations elimination table. case intoxications, blood substance and/or metabolite better predicts severity compared assumed amount time ingestion. Comparing contrasting against provided, including half-life, may support decision or further care. provided are useful monitoring pharmacotherapies, facilitate diagnostic assessment acute chronic expert opinions.
