摘要: The primary aim of this paper is to describe an outreach programme from a main state hospital in sub-Saharan Africa, which has been running for three years. This based Mulago Hospital, Kampala, Uganda and cares up 200 children infected with HIV/AIDS their home. We the clinic how we meet families enrol them, infrastructure personnel involved. Children receive physical, psychological social care each aspect this. knowledge base about older AIDS Africa scarce secondary publish observations that were made while providing care. includes demographics health problems encountered among living resource-poor setting who do not antiretroviral medication.
