摘要: The ability of the health care professional to make correct decisions about progression weight-training is critical rehabilitation process. purpose this article describe our approach modification weight-lifting techniques using injured shoulder as a model. Additionally, impact various upper extremity on healthy athletes discussed. effects grip, hand spacing, bar trajectory, and start finishing positions microtraumatic injury return activities after are considered. Several functional progressions for common multijoint exercises (such bench press, power clean) presented. Adaptations periodization also presented implementation in sequence. modifications described paper will assist safely weight room injury.
