摘要: In this study we evaluated the onset and resolution of inflammation in control streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats subjected to a single session intense exercise. The following measurements were carried out prior to, immediately after, 2 24 hours after exercise: plasma levels proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, CINC-2α/β, MIP-3α, IL-6), immunoglobulins (IgA IgM), acute phase proteins (CRP C3), creatine kinase (CK) activity. We also examined occurrence macrophage death by macrophages necrosis (loss membrane integrity) DNA fragmentation. An increase was observed concentration IL-1β (3.3-fold) TNF-α (2.0-fold) proportion necrotic (4.5-fold) exercise, while group showed basal measurements. Twenty-four serum CK activity elevated but not animals. concluded that lesion inflammations resulting from exercise greater lasted longer animals than nondiabetic rats.
