摘要: Cancer regression often fails after systemic immune activation, especially for solid tumors due to their local immunosuppressive microenvironments. Among these, the pancreatic cancer microenvironment is unique and an important reason resistance anti-cancer treatments that include immunotherapy. In this review, three main "BAD" characteristics create maintain are discussed effector T cells: Barriers overcome, Attraction problems, Disabilities. These inhibit both T-cell activation infiltration, reducing immunotherapy effectiveness. Combination approaches killing aim normalize tumor recommended enhance immune-system efficacy in cancer.
