摘要: Abstract Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease of unknown etiology characterized by noncaseating granulomas. Cardiac involvement often limiting patients’ prognosis. sarcoidosis can manifest with variant cardiac arrhythmias, which atrioventricular (AV)-block-related bradycardia and ventricular tachycardias are the most common. Although remains histopathological diagnosis, significance imaging modalities, especially magnetic resonance increasing rapidly but mainly reserved for patients high suspicion due to previous arrhythmia or cardiomyopathy. Thus, there need screening in daily clinical practice so that possible characteristic electrocardiographic (ECG) findings may guide way detect disease. We therefore evaluated ECG as potential tool present different electrophysiological manifestations based on literature review. The valuable sarcoidosis. Several parameters have been shown be associated such higher-degree AV-block, QRS complex fragmentation widening, well certain T wave abnormalities indicate involvement, latter two promising specific. However, prospective studies examining large number trials desirable.
