摘要: The dependence of the quasiparticle Fermi energy on electron density is investigated by analyzing radiative recombination spectra two-dimensional electrons with photoexcited holes bound at remote acceptors. In this way, electron-density renormalized mass quasiparticles determined. It established that, as decreases (the parameter rs increases to 4.5), density-of-states effective 35% compared cyclotron electron. shown in a perpendicular magnetic field, concept liquid applicable not only near level but also deeply below surface, even bottom quantum-confinement subband, because broadening excitations remains considerably smaller than their energy.
