摘要: Abstract Aims The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between morning blood pressure surge (MBPS), hemodynamic parameters, glycemic control and 24-h urinary sodium excretion (USE) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Materials methods MBPS central parameters were assessed from ambulatory measurements. In addition routine biochemistry, 24h urine collection was performed measure protein, albumin excretion. Results There 146 (38%) T2DM 238 (72%) without (control group). Patients had statistically higher compared ( P =0.004) various parameters. Additionally, regression analysis showed that being male =0.006), presence of coronary artery disease =0.023), HbA1c =0.012), USE =0.001) independently related log patients. Conclusion This demonstrated an independent risk factor for increased associated Additionally poor intake worse T2DM.
