摘要: The seasonal and diurnal trends of surface refractivity were derived using International Telecommunication Union Radio assembly model (ITU-R P.453-13) in two locations entirely different vegetation characteristics Nigeria. Atmospheric is a function temperature, pressure as well humidity. These meteorological variables applied to the compute parameter. refraction or key component radio wave propagation. Real-time measurement data from network ground-based automatic weather station (AWS) installed at 3 m height used monthly both stations (Lagos Anyigba) derived; showed month-to-month variability signifying dynamic nature Earth’s atmosphere. show high values rainy months low dry months. A drop value was observed Lagos month August, due cessation rainfall result phenomenon referred August break. variations also determined results obtained that lowest season higher than highest Anyigba. This attributed fact located along coast South Atlantic Ocean, therefore, monsoon has direct influence on its atmosphere, while Anyigba an inland with mixture savannah vegetation. Overall, morning evening hours afternoon seasons Anyigba, we surprising result, such rise pre-noon post-noon drop. unacquainted observation probably excessive precipitation area caused by massive emissions these are mainly trapped heat warming water.
