摘要: The three-dimensional kinematics of the Tricon-M knee prosthesis during active flexion and extension were recorded in 11 patients with arthrosis or rheumatoid arthritis using roentgen stereophotogrammetric analysis. Twenty-three normal knees constituted control group. prosthetic displayed same degrees freedom regarding rotational translational movements as knees, although different. A combination internal rotation, abduction, lateral translation tibia was flexion, reversed extension. During first 25 these small, reflecting high congruency between articular surfaces, while beyond they increased. a adduction, medial also exhibited an increased posterior displacement increasing when compared knees. There correlation positioning femoral component sagittal plane anterior/posterior translations. In conclusion, significantly differ from knee, probably because design absence cruciate ligaments.
