摘要: The aim of this single-case study was to describe the staff's collaborative work process for a period 3.5 years caring an adolescent boy with autism and intellectual disabilities living in apartment his own together caregivers. longitudinal data included (two men two women) common open diary, repeated individual interviews focus group interviews. Detailed content analysis diary indicated that perceptions their pedagogical work, teamwork conditions changed from positive largely negative view, appearing affect strategies adopted. Also, it became visible unique situation, involving lack actual goals, feedback supervision may have negatively affected effort establish structure consensus work.
