摘要: Since the first successful reports into oocyte freezing, many papers concerning cryopreservation of mouse oocytes have been published. However, a simple and practical method for unfertilized C57BL/6 oocytes, an IVF system using these cryopreserved yet to be established, in spite fact that is prevalent inbred strain used large-scale knockout programs. In this study, were via vitrification method. After warming, was performed fresh sperm, cold-stored frozen sperm (C57BL/6 sperm), derived from GEM strains background strains). Nearly all recovered, which over 90% morphologically normal. Those then vitro fertilization, resulting 72-97% developing 2-cell embryos. A portion embryos transferred recipients, live young being produced 32-49% summary, we established with high survivability developmental ability vitrified-warmed fresh, or fertility.
