摘要: Since the first successful reports into oocyte freezing, many papers concerning cryopreservation of mouse oocytes have been published. However, a simple and practical method for unfertilized C57BL/6 oocytes, an IVF system using these cryopreserved yet to be established, in spite fact that is prevalent inbred strain used large-scale knockout programs.
