摘要: A new predicting system is presented in which the aim to forecast presence or not of oil slicks a certain area open sea after an spill. In this case, CBR methodology has been chosen solve problem. The designed predict wraps other artificial intelligence techniques such as Growing Radial Basis Function Networks, Cell Structures and Fast Iterative Kernel Principal Components Analysis order develop different phases cycle. proposed uses information salinity, temperature, wind, currents, pressure, number slicks.... obtained from various satellites. trained using data Prestige accident. Oil Spill (OSCBR) able accurately north west Galician coast, historical data.
