摘要: Like asthma and atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis is an disease, but of the three, it only type I disease. Allergic includes pollinosis, which intractable reduces quality life (QOL) when becomes severe. A guideline needed to understand use this knowledge develop a treatment plan. In Japan, first was prepared after symposium held by Japanese Society Allergology in 1993. The current 6th edition published 2009, widely used today. To incorporate evidence based medicine (EBM) introduced from abroad, most recent collection evidence/literature supplemented Practical Guideline for Management Rhinitis Japan 2009. revised assessment diagnosis/treatment prescriptions children pregnant women, broad clinical applications. An evidence-based step-by-step strategy also described. addition, QOL concept cost benefit analyses are addressed. Along with its Impact Asthma (ARIA), various purposes, such as measures patients sinusitis, childhood rhinitis, oral allergy syndrome, anaphylaxis women.
