摘要: High energy trauma is rare and, as a result, training of prehospital care providers often takes place during the real situation, with patient object for learning process. Such could instead be carried out in context simulation, danger both patients and personnel. The aim this study was to provide an overview development foci research on simulation practice. An integrative literature review were used. Articles based quantitative well qualitative methods included, resulting comprehensive existing published research. For articles included review, focus article had providers, settings. Furthermore, must target interventions that context. volume distributed between 1984- 2012 across regions North America, Europe, Oceania, Asia Middle East. used manikins, films, images or paper, live actors, animals virtual reality. staff categories focused upon paramedics, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), doctors (MDs), nurse fire fighters. main topics included: Intubation, Trauma care, Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Ventilation Triage. Simulation described positive education method staff. It provides opportunities train assessment, treatment implementation procedures devices under realistic conditions. crucial are familiar trained identified topics, i.e., intubation, CPR, ventilation triage, which all, very large degree, constitute care. plays integral role this. current state reveals, includes inadequate skills regarding children adults, lack paediatric resuscitation knowledge assessing managing burns victims. These circumstances suggest critical areas further research, at local global levels.
