摘要: Aim: The treatment of hepatic hydatid disease (HHD) is currently standardized. Biliary complications HHD complicate both the and course disease. Several investigations have been performed on biliary their treatment. We propose an algorithm for based our experience. Materials methods: investigated 148 patients that underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) due to complicated between January 2000 December 2006 at endoscopy unit Department Surgery Ataturk University Medical School. Age, sex, indications ERCP sphincterotomy (ES), findings, laboratory data, operative postoperative complications, additional interventions (surgical or percutaneous) were noted. Results: Twenty-six had not previously undergone surgery HHD. While 23 these preoperatively, 3 during pre- periods. remaining 122 period. Indications preoperative cholangitis various clinical signs cysto-biliary communication (CBC), such as abnormal liver function test results (bilirubin, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP), colic, obstructive jaundice. In this group ERCP/ES was successful in 2 emergent circumstances, another developed fistulae. persistent bile leakage after surgical HHD, hyperbilirubinemia cholangitis, biloma formation cystic cavity. All with experienced relief symptoms ES, 1 patient 5 fistulae operated on. Conclusion: ES are highly effective Repeat should be do respond first intervention.
