摘要: Background: Approximately 18% of octogenarians have ischemic heart disease. Increasingly, they are being referred for coronary artery revascularization by surgical and/or percutaneous procedures. These strategies been questioned, however, because reports poor outcomes in the elderly. In this study, we aimed to determine impact age on morbidity and mortality patients undergoing off-pump bypass (OPCAB) with ?-circuit procedure during 5 years follow-up.Materials Methods: From February 2001 November 2005, 1359 underwent isolated technique, which consists (1) beating surgery, (2) OPCAB, (3) no touching aorta, (4) use composite grafts, (5) arterial revascularization. Sixty-two were ?80 (group A), 1297
