摘要: Chitin is one of the most abundant biomolecules on earth, and its partially de-N-acetylated counterpart, chitosan, promising biotechnological resources due to diversity in structure function. Recently, chitin chitosan modifying enzymes (CCMEs) have gained increasing interest as tools engineer chitosans with specific functions reliable performance biomedical applications. In a search for novel CCME, we isolated chitinolytic chitosanolytic microorganisms from soils more than ten-years history exposure screened them chitinase chitosanase isoenzymes well their patterns oligomeric products by incubating secretomes polymers. Of 60 bacterial strains isolated, only eight were and/or chitosanolytic, while 20 out 25 fungal isolates chitosanolytic. The produced rather similar enzymes, much broader range different isoenzymes. Furthermore, diverse mixtures oligosaccharides formed when polymers incubated select species. Our study indicates that are good source CCME bioengineering.
