摘要: Abstract Recent studies show that between 5 and 10% of Europe's energy needs could be met by biomass fuels the year 2000. Biomass resources substitute for fossil providing heat, electricity liquid fuels. Several countries provide up to one half their requirements from if required. The national programmes 15 European are described. types resources, major conversion technologies factors which affect projects discussed.
