摘要: The optical absorbance and fluorescence of porcine subcutaneous adipose tissue were measured directly with fibre optics. Either mercury or xenon light sources used to illuminate samples through one branch a bifurcated guide. Fluorescence was detected the other Grating, prism continuous interference filter monochromators installed at appropriate locations in path measurements made computer-operated photomultiplier whose dynamic range optimized each wavelength measured. It is suggested that major source reticular surround cells, minor contributions such as collagenous septa, vascular and, possibly, cytoplasmic components.
