摘要: The optical absorbance and fluorescence of porcine subcutaneous adipose tissue were measured directly with fibre optics. Either mercury or xenon light sources used to illuminate samples through one branch a bifurcated guide. Fluorescence was detected the other Grating, prism continuous interference filter monochromators installed at appropriate locations in path measurements made computer-operated photomultiplier whose dynamic range optimized each wavelength measured. Reticular (around cells) together elastin (in valves) autofluorescent. It is suggested that major source reticular surround cells, minor contributions such as collagenous septa, vascular and, possibly, cytoplasmic components.
