摘要: This paper deals with the parameter estimation and online monitoring of roll eccentricity in rolling mills. Roll-eccentricity-induced disturbances can result strip thickness deviation product quality degradation, a conventional control strategy cannot regulate this kind periodic due to its complex characteristics. For purpose assessment monitoring, performance indicator based on expectations or empirical value quality-related process variables, which be quantitatively visualized four zones, is proposed high level. In low level, key parameters are estimated real time using an adaptive observer for frequency algorithm amplitude phase estimation. The effectiveness system demonstrated through case study cold mill from industrial fields.
